Peter ist muede … Bericht von Karoline

Mittwoch morgen trat ich die Heimreise von Antalya wieder  an. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt hab ich von Peter nichts mehr gehoert. Still here in Istanbul. The box from Austria with new pedals and worldsim cards didn’t arrive yet.Hopefully it will work out on Monday.

From now on the trip will get a bit “wilder” and for some time it wont be possible to ship the new pedals.I only fixed the old ones with the broken bearings provisorily and they gave my already some knee and ankle problems.I hope they arrive from my technical supporter “Radfuchs” from Austria to my new friend [...]

Riding into Istanbul at rush hour was like doing a Tour de France sprint final.

It was rush hour when i approached Istanbul with it’s estimated 15 million inhabitants on the highway. Not the most comfortable way,but the only one…Speeding trucks who pass by only a few centimeters of my handlebar where the biggest challenge, i love challenges. In total it was very much comparable to a Sprint final of a Tour de [...]
